Houston Arboretum Family Photoshoot

Photoshoots in the morning are my favorite, and this particular morning at the Houston Arboretum was so gorgeous and misty.

Little baby Margot was soon to turn 7 months. She had an adorable fascination with hats, so we pulled out mama's favorite hat, and enjoyed her laughs and giggles as we played hide-and-seek.

(Side-note: I love the name Margot-Writing this one down! So cute and classy)

Samantha wanted to have some photos of her feeding Margot, so that she can have a way to remember this special time. It's so beautiful to me to see mothers cherish themselves, recognizing all the strength that it takes to raise and feed a baby.

This family was a true delight to get to know, as we chatted about a whole range of topics as we walked through the park. Part of me is sad to leave families that I feel like I became friends with- but I often find myself running into past clients and remember how small the world is!

More sessions like this please! Forever and ever!
